We have lived in our Marshall Homes-built house for the past
seven years and have not once regretted our purchase. In 2001, my
husband and I purchased our house during the framing stage of
construction after deciding its very-livable floor plan was right for
our family. This was a bit of a leap of faith on our part, since we
were relocating from several hundred miles out of the area; our realtor
assured us that Ron and his company, Marshall Homes, were
well-thought-of in the residential construction community. As the
building of our house progressed over the next months, Ron was always
available to answer our questions and worked with us on our requests to
modify and customize some of the interior spaces. We were quite
pleased to realize early on that Ron is just as particular as we are in
expecting and accepting quality craftsmanship from all of the trades
people who work on his houses. We found Ron to be honest, extremely
knowledgeable, reliable, and talented at design to make good use of all
possible space. Last, but not least, our house was completely finished and move-in ready the day and time he said it would be. We would definitely ask Ron to be the builder of our next home.

Our family moved into our new Marshall home in April of 2008 and we could not be happier. The quality and craftmanship is evident throughout and we are more satisfied with our purchase each and every day. We hosted our family Thanksgiving, Christmas, and several other events and found our home to be perfect for entertaining. Ron's attention to detail is second to none. We bought our home as a "pre-sale" and Ron was excellent to work with in customizing it to fit our exact needs. He offered a lot of great ideas and designs that flowed perfectly into the finished product. The few minor issues we have had (normal settling, etc.) were quickly taken care of. It was comforting to know that Ron's customer service didn't end upon the close of our transaction. He stands behind his product before and after the sale, which is refreshing.
